Dear members,
Dear readers,
As we turn the page of a year full of events, it is my heart to share with you a resolutely positive look at the last six months of my presidency.
Today, a new harmony animates the board of directors and the collaborators, more united than ever, to wear the colors of the Mutual French cooks. A new impetus for dynamism was created through a committed, vigilant and productive board of directors.
This calm climate has enabled us to actively support numerous events organized in partnership with various culinary associations. This collective work illustrates our common desire to make our profession radiate and strengthen the links between the kitchen professionals.
Among the important events, I cannot ignore the great return of the Trophy of the French cooks. This flagship event brought together exceptional candidates from prestigious houses. The competition met our expectations with a final ranking that reflects the talent and commitment of the participants. This moment of collective pride reaffirms the importance of cultivating excellence in our art. 2026 will naturally see a new edition of this contest and we are already working on it.
I wanted to implement, as soon as I was elected, a rapprochement with many culinary associations in Paris and France. This process is already bearing fruit as many new members have come to join us with the firm intention of participating in society. This new energy is reassuring for years to come.
We all belong to this great family, our exchanges can only be enriching and beneficial to all.

Our Culinary Review is also part of this dynamic of renewal. More attractive than ever, it benefits from the contribution of new regional journalists who take a different and enriching look at the evolution of our profession. This regional openness makes it possible to enhance local initiatives and broaden our professional horizon. To strengthen our link with you, we also launched a bimonthly newsletter, in addition to the Culinary Review, as well as a brand new website. These digital tools have been designed to give you smoother access to information
and to increase the visibility of our actions. Philanthropy remains at the heart of our commitment. It is a founding value of French cooks that we cultivate with care. Our elders receive discreet but essential support, proof of our solidarity with those who preceded us; The Christmas package, dedicated to our oldest members and our mutualists, is a fine illustration of this. This symbolic gesture, marked by recognition, bears witness to the strength of our common values. On the mutual health and foresight side, in an increasingly difficult economic context, and to ensure access to care for our elders, the amount of contributions for 2025 will not be revalued.
At the beginning of the year, therefore, I wish you the most sincere health, success and serenity. The challenges ahead will not be missed and we will take them up with the determination and passion that drive us. Ever since. Let us remain hopeful and positive. Together, we will continue to promote philanthropy and value our profession.
