The Tuesday, 14 October, Elysee Pavilion welcomed the traditional Lunch of the Lovers of Fat Liver, an appointment now essential gathering numerous chefs, artisans, producers, personalities and enthusiasts of French gastronomy.
In a friendly and elegant atmosphere, this moment of sharing once again celebrated this exception, symbol of refinement and French know-how.

This lunch was also the occasion of unveil the results of the 21st Challenge Foie Gras of Young Culinary Creators, a competition that highlights the creativity, precision and talent of the new generation of cooks.

The theme chosen for this edition: « Foie Gras, Magret, Confit, the star trio of bistronomic boards! » — an invitation to revisit tradition with modernity and audacity.
