This lunch was also the occasion ofunveil the results of the 21st Challenge Foie Gras of Young Culinary Creators, a competition that highlights thecreativity, precision and talent of the new generation of cooks.


The theme chosen for this edition:« Foie Gras, Magret, Confit, the star trio of bistronomic boards! »— an invitation to revisit tradition with modernity and audacity.
