Founded in 1840, The Association brings together passionate chefs, emeritus cooks and professionals from the mouth trades around common values. « Created by them and for them »It offers its members permanent support, philanthropic actions, privileged access to its library and a subscription to the culinary magazine.
Its main mission is to accompany young people Thanks to the Foyer des jeunes chefs, the Léopold Mourier residence in Clichy.
The association offers four annual culinary meetings: the lunch of the disciples of Antonin Lent, the trophy of the French cooks (formerly called the International Cup of Cuisine), the international golden cup of culinary art Marius Dutrey and the family day of summer.
La Maison des Cuisiniers
It was in 1917 that the Association des Cuisiniers de France established itself in this building, under the impulse of President Léopold Mourier, to whom it was dedicated. Completely renovated in 2013, it is led by a team that welcomes members, administrators and partners every day. It is located at 45 rue Saint-Roch in Paris 1er ardt.
