A new step for Les Cuisiniers de France

A new step for Les Cuisiniers de France

Dear members, dear friends,

Summer is often a time for reflection, for the retreat needed to better prepare for the future. For our institution, founded in 1828, this season also marks the opening of a new chapter in its history.
After more than six years of commitment to the Cuisiniers de FranceFabrice Brossard went to his peninsula of Guérande for a well-deserved retreat.
On behalf of the Board of Directors, I wish once again to thank him sincerely for his investment, his professionalism and the work accomplished over the years.
which have contributed to the development and outreach of our mutual.
Today, we are pleased to welcome Mrs Arnica Massé to the post of Director General. Her arrival is a significant event since she became the first woman to hold this position since the creation of our institution nearly two centuries ago.
Beyond this strong symbol, this appointment reflects our desire to accompany the evolution of our profession and society. Arnica Massé brings a new look,
a recognised experience and a modern vision that will allow us to continue
our missions with increasing efficiency, openness and ambition.
The task ahead is important. The challenges we face require adapting our organization, modernizing our tools and strengthening the links between our administrators, regional delegations, members and employee teams. This new dynamic is part of a global process of reorganization and development, designed to prepare the future and meet the expectations of present and future generations.
In the coming months, we will see several developments in order to strengthen our internal functioning, to optimize our support for our members and to
continue to recruit new talent to support our growth and projects.
More than ever, Les Cuisiniers de France must remain a power of proposal, a place of exchange and transmission, but also an actor committed to defending our culinary heritage, our trades and the women and men who make them live every day.
I am confident that this new stage will enable our institution to continue
Its development, while remaining faithful to the values that have underpinned it for nearly 200 years: philanthropy, solidarity, commitment and transmission.
I wish you all a beautiful summer and an excellent reading of this new edition of the Revue Culinaire.
