The Companion Union celebrated the weekend of 24 November 2024, welcoming four new Companions in the Cayenne de Paris. Martin Millouet, Alexandre Chambat, Hugues Moncelet and Jules Leveque were officially received as Companions in pastry, cooking, stone engraving and carpentry respectively.
Each receiving a symbolic name within the great family of the United Duties.
The festivities continued on Sunday with a prestigious banquet at the Ecole de Paris des Métiers de la Table (EPMT). More than 180 guests: Companions, friends and partners shared a friendly time around a meal prepared by young people and Companions, and served by school students.
Boris Algarra, President of the Cayenne de Paris, and Dominique Saffre, National President of the Companion Union, congratulated the new Companions for the quality of their work.

This weekend symbolizes the spirit of brotherhood and excellence that animates the Companion Union.
