Dear members, dear members

The past few months have been rich in meetings, projects and shared emotions.

Through our events, our travels and our collaborations, we have once again demonstrated the strength of our network and the importance of this link that unites us: that of respect for the profession, transmission and passion for taste.

As we announce 2026, I hope above all that this new year will be placed under the sign of sweetness and serenity. Softness in our exchanges, serenity in our ambitions. We will continue to move forward together, with thoughtful work, conducted in good intelligence with the teams of the Cuisiniers de France and all our administrators.

My commitment remains the same: to make our Mutual a space of listening, action and outreach for all those who embody the beautiful French cuisine and the transmission that we owe to our younger generations in the future. Benevolence, mutual aid and philanthropy remain our only reason for being.

Let us not forget that our benefactor, Léopold Mourier, had imagined this mutual for an interaction for all generations for us, actors of the craft of mouth.

With all my gratitude for your trust and loyalty, let us continue to write together the most beautiful pages of our profession.
