Dear Members, Dear Friends of Cuisiniers de France,

Dear Members, Dear Friends of Cuisiniers de France,

At the dawn of this new year, I wish above all, on my behalf and on behalf of our Board of Directors, my warmest wishes. May 2026 bring you health, serenity, success in your homes, and this daily benevolence that makes the strength of our great culinary family.

The past year has been dense, marked by many strong moments, where everyone has been able to give the best of himself to bring out our association and to carry our values high. Among them, there is one that remains our guiding thread, our real DNA: philanthropy. Léopold Mourier wanted it at the heart of our mutual; We continue to be loyal heirs, demanding and engaged guardians.

By 2026, we aspire to a more serene year, without losing the momentum that drives us. And already there are great appointments:

  • The Great Disciples' Lunch of Antonine Lent, to be held on Monday, 13 April, always privileged moment to celebrate our traditions and excellence;
  • Family Day Cuisiniers de France with the petanque, which will be held on Saturday 20 June with a real festive air;
  • The 7th edition of the Trophy Cuisiniers de France, planned in November, which will highlight the talent, boldness and future of young leaders of our profession.

These moments of magnitude will be opportunities to gather, to transmit, to encourage, to honor. But they will only make sense if we move forward together.

It is also the slogan that I wish to put on the pediment of this new year: to move forward together, in unison, with fidelity to the work engaged, and keeping this « right path » who always guided us. A path made of respect, solidarity, demand and passion.

I wish you all a very beautiful year 2026, serving our profession, our values, and our peers.

Well friendly,
Christian Leclou
