Christian Leclou was interviewed this July 27 on Sud Radio by gourmet columnist Vincent Ferniot for the last show of the season. The President spoke with the passion that we know him about the Mutual French cooks. With him another guest, David Baroche (member) chef and charcutier of the Baroche brewery and Maison Baroche-Paris.
The President was able to speak on the true initial role of the Mutual which is mainly between aid, accompaniment and support to the adherent and mutualist leaders.
« We are still and since 1840 the only mutual society allowing to welcome young leaders with a foster home, to offer them a job, to accompany them throughout their working life and even to welcome them to a retirement home a few years later ».
This commitment was above all the wish of Mr Leopold Murrier, who was the donor of it and whom we must follow and make continue. This is the first wish of Christian Leclou who has just taken over the role of President of the French cooks for the next four years.
