On June 23, Gold plate celebrated its 30th anniversary at its traditional annual ball-trap.
Created in 1995 by André Gréjon, this event has become, over the years, an essential event for French and international gastronomy, bringing together chefs, partners and actors in the sector. On the occasion of this anniversary edition, placed under the sign of conviviality and sharing, the Cookers of France were present alongside many colleagues to mark their attachment to this spirit of gathering.

The sponsor of this edition was other than Mathieu Viannay, doubly starred chef and Meilleur Ouvrier de France, head of the iconic Lyon house Mother Brazier. His honorary presidency gave a special shine to this day, which alternated moments of sporting relaxation and highlights around gastronomy.
