The spring is finally there and, with him, the return of the aperitifs that sternize, barbecues that smoke, and this irresistible desire to share, laugh and drink.
After months of greyness, our terraces are filled with sunshine, fresh rose glasses and colour plates. Nature is awakening, and we are with it.
This start of the season is also that of tributes. Les Cuisiniers de France honored the actors of the trade at its traditional Disciples' Luncheon of Antonin Lent, at the Pavillon d'Armenonville.
Congratulations also to the new Michelin stars, artisans and artists of excellence who reinvent the magic of flavours every day.
True to its values, our association helped finance the trip to Monaco of more than 50 students from the Méderic Paris school.
You will also find in this issue an article dedicated to the leader of the Élysée, Fabrice Desvignes, and his mother Annie, two generations driven by passion and transmission.
Cooking is both a play of children and a pleasure of adults, but cooking with care is first an act of love.
Our chairman and some board members also moved to the Var for the event « Chefs in Saint-Tropez celebrate regional producers and know-how ».
A great opportunity to bring together earth artists and cooks around common values: passion, seasonality, quality, freshness and respect for products.
« The flavor of giving and sharing has not been equal »
This number 961 will have a particular sensitivity since it will close my duties as Director of the Cuisiniers de France After almost seven beautiful years by your side.
I would like to thank those who have accompanied me during these years: presidents, administrators, volunteers, collaborators and partners who work every day to make our beautiful home live.
I wish you all a beautiful summer.
Long live Les Cuisiniers de France Hey!
Fabrice Brossard
The best is coming!
It is with a particular emotion that I would like to welcome the retirement of Fabrice Brossard, who has spent almost seven years in the management of the Cuisiniers de France.
I would like to thank him very sincerely for his commitment, great availability and exemplary professionalism throughout these years.
At the head of this house inherited from Leopold Murier's vision, he was able to preserve the spirit of Cuisiniers de France, to support its values and ensure the continuity of our association with loyalty and passion.
These years of collaboration will have been marked by trust, sharing and attachment to our profession.
Thank you for these years at the service of the Cuisiniers de France and, more broadly, the whole profession.
I now wish him the full benefit of this new life, knowing that he will always stay here at home.
With all my gratitude and friendship,
Christian Leclou
