Dear members, dear members, dear friends

This year has a special flavour for our great family. On Monday, April 13, the 95th Disciples' Luncheon of Antonin Lent will be held. It's been exactly a hundred years since this iconic date came into being for the first time. A century of history marked by commitment, inter-help and fidelity to our profession, despite the trials that sometimes forced certain editions to be postponed — wars, more recently the pandemic.

The place chosen this year, the Armenonville Pavilion, is not annoyed. He was the last home of our benefactor Léopold Étienne Mourier, a man of heart deeply attached to cooks and their values. We wanted to make this moment accessible to as many people as possible, with a voluntarily adjusted rate, so that cooks and professionals of the mouth trades could find themselves numerous to celebrate our heritage together.

The coming months will also be marked by an important step in the life of our society with the well-deserved retirement of our Director Fabrice Brossard. I would like to thank him sincerely for his constant commitment and for being able to preserve and sustain the philosophy of Cuisiniers de France.

At the beginning of May, we will be alongside chefs Arnaud Donckele and Mauro Colagreco in Saint-Tropez with « Chefs celebrate producers and artisans » to support Varietal producers and craftsmen in difficulty.

At the end of May 2026, a delegation of Cuisiniers de France will visit Wales at the WACS World Congress. It will proudly host France's bid to host this major event in Paris in 2028, a particularly symbolic edition that will mark the centenary of this great international gathering.

Finally, on June 20, our traditional Family Day bring together generations and partners around a friendly moment, symbol of transmission and friendship.

More than ever, Les Cuisiniers de France pursue their mission: to defend, help and gather.

I am counting on you.
