On October 14, Les Cuisiniers de France were alongside the teams involved in this unique competition, which since 2003 highlights the outstanding skills of professionals with disabilities.
A competition that grows every year, bringing together today teams from several countries, united by the passion of cooking and the strength of the collective.

IIs had 3 hours to make a 100% vegetable dish, composed of iconic products from Hauts-de-France: potimarron, red onions, broken peas, Cléron's Edel cheese, as well as a product from the CHEF® (Nestlé Professional) range in photo below

A high-level technical challenge, brilliantly met!
👨🍳 The competition is carried out by an exceptional jury composed of Best Workers of France and representatives of the major culinary associations of which Christian Leclou, President of Cuisiniers de France.

All were impressed by the seriousness, creativity and intensity of the work provided by the candidates and their coaches.

🌍 More than just a contest, the Gourm-Hand Plate is a strong message: Open kitchens, open hearts, and recognize the richness that inclusion brings to our jobs.
