Matthieu Derible and Andria Carta triumph at the Trophy of French cooks 2024
The Ferrandi School hosted on 26 November 2024 the 6th edition of the Trophy of French cooks, a must in the world of gastronomy.
President Christian Leclou and his directors wanted to revive the Trophy French cooks, recognized for its rigour and its requirement. He gathered for this new edition the best hopes of gastronomy under the watchful eye of a jury composed of 14 starred chefs and MOF, Louis Gachet, President of the Competition and Michel Roth President of the Jury.
This prestigious title represents a true consecration for the winners and offers exceptional visibility on the national and international culinary scene.
After an intense and creative competition, Matthew Derible, talented leader of the Château de la Gaude, in Aix-en-Provence, accompanied by his clerk Andria Carta, won this prestigious contest.
